Most everyone longs to be both known in a group, and safe in it. We need each other to heal and find true identity, and groups surely accelerate our growth. But how much training have we ever been given on how to really do groups well, or how to heal within one? What is it that creates a group wherein we can heal and find the safety we long for?
In this six-week series Jeanne, will teach about groups and lead us in both body-centered process and group practice. We will learn how taking necessary risks, honoring messages of the body and the right telling of truth fosters trust, presence and safety with others. We will practice these skills with the intention of deepening with each other, while growing group skills and self-knowledge.
This series may be ongoing. We invite you to be a part of building the foundation.
